This service begins with a 2.5 hour intensive session, where we'll dive deep into your business’ operations. From workflow bottlenecks to customer service snags, we’ll examine every aspect of how you get things done.
Then, informed by insights from our Deep Dive, I'll craft a detailed Roadmap specifically tailored to address your most pressing day-to-day challenges. You might choose to dig into the legwork of implementation on your own, or we can roll straight into Hourly Consulting and I’ll take care of the heavy lifting.

We’ll start with a 30 minute Intro Call to make sure this option is the right fit for you and your business. From there, I’ll send over a questionnaire, service agreement, and invoice.
Once both forms are complete and payment is received, you’ll receive a link to book your Deep Dive slot. Your Roadmap will be delivered within 15 business days of our Deep Dive session, which will include an estimate for implementation hours.
At this point, you can choose to move ahead with implementation on your own, or we can continue our work together with an exclusive discount of 15% off a 5 hour up-front bundle.

Ops Management is for clients who are looking to maximize their own time and energy by outsourcing some recurring operations that pull focus from nurturing a growing business.
If you’ve got some functional systems in place (or we’ve recently collaborated through a Deep Dive & Roadmap or Hourly Consulting), and now need a reliable partner to manage them each week, Ops Management is the answer.

We’ll start with a 30 minute Intro Call to make sure this is the right fit for you and your business.
From there, I’ll send over a questionnaire and service agreement.
Once both are complete, you’ll receive a link to book your onboarding slot. During this meeting, we’ll establish a task list and base schedule.
Please note:
Working hours are subject to Ops By Grace availability. While we aim to set a recurring schedule and work within standard business hours, this cannot be guaranteed.
New clients must commit to a 2 hour (minimum) onboarding meeting or video call to kick off services and provide training, subject to regular rate.
This service is best suited for clients needing 3-5 hours of support per week (with some flexibility, but this is the sweet spot).
Services are delivered remotely (with potential for some in-person hours within Ottawa).
Services are invoiced monthly on the 1st of the month.
