Business systems, freshly squeezed.
When I joined a small design startup nearly a decade ago, I fell in love with the feeling of making life easier for entrepreneurs. It gave me a sense of self and purpose that I hadn’t felt in a long time. Consulting allows me to multiply that feeling exponentially by working with a wide variety of founders instead of just one at a time.
At the peak of my corporate journey, I served as COO for a complex multi-brand company with 80+ employees. It was my job to lead operations spanning People & Culture, Design, Retail, Logistics, Marketing, and more. Now, through Ops By Grace, I specialize in solving operational problems and crafting systems that work for small businesses.
Ultimately, ObG exists to save small businesses from the common trap of over-spending on payroll to fight overwhelm. This usually just serves to create more admin work, and pulls a founder out of their zone of genius and joy (yes, joy matters). My alternative vision is the inverse: fewer —but better— hours, put in by an executive ops designer who will really make an impact.
